Returns:
Any damage during shipment must be reported
within 3 days of delivery. We will ship you a replacement part ASAP. For all
returns, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and get authorization
from Pets2Bed before return shipment. We will provide you with a RMA# and the
appropriate return shipping address. All returns must be freight prepaid and
are subject to a 15% restocking & repackaging charge.
