The K9 Koolee is an innovative new portable pet cooling system for your dog! The power of "B Core" Polymer technology has been used successfully in the baby industry for years - now it is available for the 4 legged member of your family as well.

Completely safe (and incredibly effective) the K9 Koolee is your dogs ticket to comfort on hot, humid days. At the heart of the system are the "B Core" Polymer cooling pouches made from a breathable fabric which contain the magic ingredient. This non-toxic, hyper-absorbable dry polymer absorbs water and expands to fill the pouch completely.

The B Core Polymer has the unique ability to maintain its temperature over an extended period of time, so introducing the product to a cold environment (the refrigerator) will allow it to cool to the desired temperature. Depending on the ambient temperature, your dog can generally expect to enjoy the cooling effects of the K9 Koolee for several hours (5-8 hour average). COOLING Effectiveness; 8 hours@80 deg, 5 hours@90 deg. A medium density foam layer on the bottom of the bed insulates the cooling pouches from ground heat.

The K9 Koolee cooling dog bed system comes complete with an outer cover (with integrated handle and shoulder strap) that is chambered to hold each of the cooling tubes. Each of the cooling tubes consists of the blue cooling pouch and polymer beads covered by a plastic (re-seal-able) sleeve to prevent evaporation. A shade tent allows for outdoor use and protection from the sun while still allowing superior air flow.
