Completely safe (and incredibly effective) the K9 Koolee rechargeable cooling inserts are available for separate purchase. The inserts should last for years, but just in case you lose them (or they get damaged somehow) we offer replacement cooling packs.
The B Core Polymer cooling pack replacement tubes are available in 4-pack and 5-pack quantities. The 4-pack for the Medium and the 5-pack for the large K9 Koolee.
