The mini Bicycle Dog Trailer or Bike Dog Trailer Carrier, is a great way to safely take your dog with you when you go on a bike ride! Get your exercise pedaling to the park, and then let your dog get their exercise once you get there! A storage pouch in the rear holds doggy necessities and a sun roof lets you see your precious cargo (see picture bottom left). Complete instructions are included and the Mini bike trailer assembles quickly and easily.

The mini dog trailer (from DoggyRide), is designed for smaller dogs (up to 50 lbs) that are just too large for a bicycle dog basket. A thin MDF rigid board (3mm) sewn inside the fabric provides solid support and includes a non-slip surface so your dog doesn't slide inside the dog trailer while riding. We highly recommend the custom fitted pet mat as a "must have" accessory. It provides a wonderful, cushioned ride and the custom fit means no sliding!

(4) interior rings provide an important safety feature by allowing you to attach a safety leash to keep your dog secure while riding. Use your own leash, or purchase the safety leash (pictured below). It has a clasp that attaches to your dogs harness on one end and 2 clasps that attach to any of the interior rings. This keeps your pet safe during any sudden stops yet still provides plenty of movement and freedom (adjustable leash length) for them to enjoy the ride!

HITCH INSTALLATION (do I need the adapter?):The standard hitch fits more than 99% of quick release and nutted axels. If you have an internal hub gear (a small number of specialized bikes have them - like Electra bikes) the regular hitch will not fit. Please choose the hitch adapter option below.
