Rich Mahogany wood for each wooden dog crate is carefully selected for quality and character and milled on site. The decorative raised panel frames and slats are constructed using old school joinery (mortise & tenon) for superior strength.

This decorative wooden dog crate is destined to become a family heirloom that will be handed down for generations. Your wooden dog crate is finished with a very durable, water-based, satin polyurethane (3 coats) for a wonderfully smooth look and feel that helps protect the wood.

This decorative wood dog crate features a beautiful solid brass latch and 2 brass door hinges. A 'locking ball' feature allows you to remove the top for easier cleaning while still keeping the wooden top very secure during normal use. The floor uses a half inch melamine board that wipes up easily and has been tested to hold up to 180 lbs. 8 phillips head screws and brackets combine to secure the side panels (predrilled holes) - assembly takes about 10-15 minutes.

Shipping costs have gone up dramatically this year - we offer standard Ground service and as a service to you - our customer - subsidize a portion of the shipping costs which are based on the weight of your wooden dog crate and your zip code. The shipping weights range from 60 to 100 pounds for the 3 sizes and can be expensive when shipping to the West coast.
