Solid Wooden dog beds handcrafted by a craftsman with over 20 years of wood furniture experience. Available in Solid Ash with your choice of a Red Plaid or Taupe pillow filled with standard polyfil stuffing. Ash wood is similar to Red Oak in grain pattern and characteristics - very dense and heavy. The wood for each wooden dog bed is carefully selected for quality and character and milled on site for a unique, one of kind, wood dog bed.

This decorative wooden dog bed is destined to become a family heirloom that will be handed down for generations. Hand wiped stains on the Ash wood model are applied followed by a very durable, water-based satin polyurethane (3 coats) for a wonderfully smooth finish that helps protect the wood.

This decorative wood dog bed features hand turned posts with brass medallions on each corner. The cushion is zippered to allow for washing the cushion fabric cover.

Medium wooden dog bed ships fully assembled

Large wooden dog bed requires assembly, but only takes minutes. Each wooden slat (under mattress) attaches to the frame with screws and the wooden dog bed posts screw into the side rails. Brass medallions are included that conceal the screws on the posts.
