Loden is a thick and heavy fabric made from the fleeces of mountain sheep. It is soft and durable. The fabric is resistant to water because of the oily wool, which prevents water penetration.

The Dog About series uses a water resistant woven fabric with an interior liner filled with poly-fill that unzips to allow replacement of the pet bedding materials. The fabric is manufactured by a Bluesign® certified facility that recycles its water, strictly limits emissions and has greatly reduced the water and energy used in the entire fabric manufacturing and dyeing process.
